Through structured Self Help Group (SHG) aggregation, micro-processing cottage units, and organic kitchen garden projects, we enhance household nutritional security while injecting sustainable independent income into the hands of women.

Organic Kitchen Garden Projects

Providing indigenous high-nutrition seed kits, vermicompost, and biopesticides to establish backyard gardens that eliminate malnutrition and generate surplus produce for local markets.

Self Help Group (SHG) Promotion

Federating women SHGs into cohesive producer clusters, facilitating collective bank credit, and providing working capital support for organic production.

Skill Development Programs

Hands-on technical training on compost making, bio-repellent formulation, farm record management, and quality compliance for organic certification.

Food Processing & Value Addition

Establishing village-level solar drying, grinding, and hygienic packaging units for turmeric, ginger powder, traditional rice flours, and indigenous fruit pickles.

Agrarian Leadership Development

Promoting women to Board Director seats and cluster coordinator roles, ensuring their priorities drive the corporate roadmap of the producer company.
